What You'll Do
As Unit Manager, you'll be the go-to leader for your shift-keeping things running smoothly while supporting both residents and staff.
- Lead by presence with daily walking rounds-supporting staff and connecting with residents
- Review reports and communicate key updates to the DON
- Participate in IDT meetings, care planning, and real-time documentation
- Follow through on clinical and operational priorities from daily meetings
- Ensure residents receive high-quality, consistent care
- Partner with providers for wound care and clinical follow-up
- Support and guide CNAs and nurses-coaching, educating, and holding standards
- Address family concerns with professionalism and follow-through
- Assist with staffing coordination when needed
- Contribute to a positive, team-first culture
What We're Looking For
- Active RN or LPN license (Wisconsin)
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred (or ready to step up!)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Organized, dependable, and team-oriented
- Passion for long-term care and resident advocacy
Pay & Benefits
LPN: Up to $32/hour RN: Up to $37/hour
