What You'll Do

As Unit Manager, you'll be the go-to leader for your shift-keeping things running smoothly while supporting both residents and staff.

• Lead by presence with daily walking rounds-supporting staff and connecting with residents
• Review reports and communicate key updates to the DON
• Participate in IDT meetings, care planning, and real-time documentation
• Follow through on clinical and operational priorities from daily meetings
• Ensure residents receive high-quality, consistent care
• Partner with providers for wound care and clinical follow-up
• Support and guide CNAs and nurses-coaching, educating, and holding standards
• Address family concerns with professionalism and follow-through
• Assist with staffing coordination when needed
• Contribute to a positive, team-first culture

What We're Looking For

• Active RN or LPN license (Wisconsin)
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred (or ready to step up!)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Organized, dependable, and team-oriented
• Passion for long-term care and resident advocacy

Pay & Benefits

LPN: Up to $32/hour      RN: Up to $37/hour
