Summary:
Personal Care Workers provide direct personal care and assistance to residents to support daily living needs in accordance with care plans and facility policies.
6AM-2PM - $16
2PM-10PM - $17
With opportunities for bonuses, pick-up pay and other incentives.
Essential Functions:

Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)

Assist with meals and hydration
-
Provide safe transfers, mobility, and repositioning

Observe and report changes in resident condition

Maintain resident dignity, privacy, and confidentiality

Follow established care plans, safety, and infection control procedures
Qualifications:

Experience in personal care or healthcare preferred

Ability to work weekdays and every other weekend

Dependable, compassionate, and able to work as part of a team
Physical Demands:

Ability to lift, stand, walk, bend, and assist residents as needed
Work Environment:
