Summary:
Personal Care Workers provide direct personal care and assistance to residents to support daily living needs in accordance with care plans and facility policies.

6AM-2PM - $16

2PM-10PM - $17

With opportunities for bonuses, pick-up pay and other incentives. 

Essential Functions:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)

• Assist with meals and hydration

• Provide safe transfers, mobility, and repositioning

• Observe and report changes in resident condition

• Maintain resident dignity, privacy, and confidentiality

• Follow established care plans, safety, and infection control procedures

Qualifications:

• Experience in personal care or healthcare preferred

• Ability to work weekdays and every other weekend

• Dependable, compassionate, and able to work as part of a team

Physical Demands:

• Ability to lift, stand, walk, bend, and assist residents as needed

Work Environment:

• Healthcare/long-term care setting
