Augusta Health and Rehabilitation is seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our PM shift team. This is a great opportunity to build meaningful relationships with residents while working alongside a dedicated team committed to providing exceptional, person-centered care.

What You'll Do

• Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents in our skilled nursing and rehabilitation community
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, dining, and mobility
• Promote resident independence, dignity, comfort, and safety
• Observe residents and communicate changes or concerns to nursing staff
• Document resident care accurately and according to facility standards
• Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary team members to provide quality resident care

What We're Looking For

• Active Wisconsin CNA certification (required)
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to providing respectful, high-quality resident care
