Augusta Health and Rehabilitation is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our skilled nursing team. We offer a supportive work environment, strong teamwork, and a focus on quality, person-centered care.

Location:

Augusta, Wisconsin

Shift:

• AM Shift
• Full-time and part-time positions available

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct care to residents in a skilled nursing facility
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
• Support resident safety, comfort, and dignity
• Work collaboratively with nurses and interdisciplinary team members
• Document care in accordance with facility standards

Requirements:

• Active Wisconsin CNA certification (required)
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to provide consistent, high-quality resident care
