Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – PM Shift (2:30 PM–10:30 PM)

Augusta Health & Rehabilitation is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our skilled nursing team. We offer a supportive work environment, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for both full-time and part-time PM shifts.
Location:
Augusta, Wisconsin
Shift:
- PM Shift: 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM
- Full-time and part-time positions available
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct resident care in a skilled nursing facility
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
- Support resident safety, comfort, and dignity
- Work collaboratively with nursing staff and other departments
- Document care per facility standards
Requirements:
- Current Wisconsin CNA certification (required)
- Ability to provide compassionate, reliable care
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
